Mike Fana believes that bullying can only be effectively addressed by inspiring students and parents to become emotionally intelligent leaders. His engaging presentations empower students to develop essential skills for leading with emotional intelligence both in school and beyond. This approach equips them to navigate emotional challenges in various settings. Students will also enjoy role-playing activities, have the opportunity to win prizes, and participate in a Q&A session.

Material

Each participant will receive a 4x6 card to help them navigate the presentation, and on the reverse side, they will join Mike's 7-day anti-bullying challenge.

Part 1: Confidence

The presentation begins by helping students create a comprehensive checklist designed to build and reinforce their self-confidence. This approach addresses a critical concern: as students engage with social media, they often experience feelings of inadequacy that can diminish their self-esteem and contribute to bullying. To counter this, Mike Fana guides them through three essential questions that focus on enhancing their self-esteem both in school and in their broader lives.​​​​​

Part 2: Goals

In the second part of the presentation, Mike Fana emphasizes the importance of focusing on the right priorities to create meaningful change. In today's fast-paced digital environment, constant notifications can be a significant distraction, hindering students' ability to concentrate. By reducing screen time, students can regain mental clarity and improve their overall well-being. To support this, he guides them through three key questions aimed at establishing an effective goal-setting system. This process helps students prioritize their efforts and enhance their productivity.

Part 3: Support

Having a supportive classmate can significantly boost a student’s self-worth and counteract the negative messages stemming from bullying. Trust is essential; a reliable friend provides a safe space to share feelings without fear of judgment. That’s why, in the final part of the presentation, Mike Fana encourages students to choose a classmate as their "Accountability Partner" for his popular 7-day anti-bullying challenge.
